Thanks guys - but it wasn't to brag - it was to point out that deals are there if you look look look and are prepared to pounch when you see them.
We bought those two within weeks of each other - but - as I said - nothing since. Although ... are in the process of buying another two. Not positive geared from the start but the location is priceless and rare.
