I am looking for someone who can take out an existing old kitchen, including the wall that the oven is built into (that can't be load-bearing, can it?).

There also is an old pergola to be taken down.

Can anyone recommend someone please? Where do you usually find help like this?

What might also benefit others: what sort if questions do you ask labourers? What's your rate experience transport? I guess a basic command of English makes site safer.

Does anyone ask for protective equipment, references or emergency contacts? Full names?
