I have a friend who is about to rent out her ppor in Coogee. It is a 4 br unit with quite substantial ocean views. He is about 75 and doesn't really want to go an talk to a bunch of property managers. He is going to have to do a bit of this. I would appreciate it so much if people could tell me about their experiences with PMs in the eastern suburbs.
