Good Townhouse builder in Melbourne?

Hi there,
Most builders will do home or townhouses, I do townhouses and have done many over the years, no major difference to houses imo. Process is a little bit different depending on where you are at with the process - i.e drawings, permit, finance, damn VCAT!
You can try Simon from Edgestone Developments on 0422 232 276 - full disclosure he is my brother. He'll take care of you anyways.
They are pretty flat out this year, but depending on where you are at with the process (i.e permits?) - he will point you in the right direction with a prelim quote. Most of their stuff is East/ south east.

You could always door knock any townhouses you like the look of and have a brief chat to the occupants.
