I have a friend who is a denter - they fix hail damaged cars. Needless to say he works wherever there has been a hailstorm - even going overseas sometimes. Currently he is in Melbourne fror the next 3 months and beyond. He's sleeping in his car in the workshop. Another bloke (a Texan) is paying $700/week for a motel. Yet another guy (English) has unsuitable accommodation too. They'd like to rent somewhere together but can't find anything to lease for 3 months. It would be best if it was furnished even if it's only the basics (gotta be better than what they've got at the moment).
If you have a property maybe you could lease some furniture too and add to the rent?
So, anyone got anything to suit 2-3 men for 3 months with the option to take another 3 months after that and maybe more 3 months stints after that? Needless to say they're not 'posh', they just want some creature comforts while they're there and share expenses.
They will pay the 3 months rent in advance.
