It turns out that OnlineSuper was originally owned by Kevin Munro but he sold it to the current mob some time ago. They are very expensive relative to many other similar providers. Probably aimed at the person who knows nothing or very little about SMSFs and hence the courses/workshops may be attractive. But everything most would need to know can be found free on the web with the ATO having some very good material.
I have to admit that despite the somewhat difficult style of grammar used in Batten's deeds they appear to be very nicely thought out. The flexibility of the the deeds I have seen is excellent which significantly reduces the likelihood of future amendments due to legislative changes. I'm very happy with his HDT deed and will use his SMSF deed when I get our very trusted accountant (ie Dale of course) to set it up.
