Henry Kaye

Makes an interesting read. Kaye was obviously very creative and had a lot of good information to share. But he was also a risk taker and operated very close to the line and fell off the other side on a frequent basis. One would suspect that he was operating outside the law or in some very dark grey areas in many of this operations and that they would have been looking for a rock solid way to prosecute him. This would not mean that this was his one and only breach. A bit like a drug dealer being jailed for tax evasion

yeh

Maybe the anti Kaye thing is a little disproportionate to his crimes, but you know the saying....if you live by the sword....

Its all about timing. His timing was great at the start - lots of money coming in - an audience willing to listen etc. At the end his timing not so good - everyone was looking for a scapegoat and he da man!

Ses la vis

One thing Im not gonna do on a property forum is vehemently and aggressively support a man with extremely white teeth, a 10 k suit and a lisp!

Let him take the bad rap and the punishment.
