Makes an interesting read. Kaye was obviously very creative and had a lot of good information to share. But he was also a risk taker and operated very close to the line and fell off the other side on a frequent basis. One would suspect that he was operating outside the law or in some very dark grey areas in many of this operations and that they would have been looking for a rock solid way to prosecute him. This would not mean that this was his one and only breach. A bit like a drug dealer being jailed for tax evasion
