properties in question are in between the main road and one street parallel in,
the property facing the main road is a relatively new zoning into high density and is for sale, friends own the property one street in, and is zoned low or med density
development fairly close by has just begun
what can you do with a block thats half high density and half low/med density
could you build 3 levels of aparetmnts up with teh boundary being right at the end of the boundary of the land, and build a one or two storey level of apartments so the apartment building is L shaped??
