Do any of the PMs or a private owner have a home maintenance service they could recommend?
The work is to repair a shower and surrounds in a granny flat, paint and replace Venetians (as examples)? Attack a house that has had tenants who were hard on it (but not claimable through insurance), that sort of thing.
BTW, the properties have PMs, landlord insurance, inspections, so we can leave those out of it.
Looking forward to suggestions for a home maintenance service to do the practical stuff of getting a property back into a semblance of order without me having to arrange multiple contractors.
