House available for removal

HI there
just wondering if anyone up this neck of the woods (Toowoomba and surrounds) might be interested in a house that needs to be removed.

The particular house has been purchased by my daughter's school with a view to removing it to provide further grounds for the school.

There had been some interest in the property until the interested party found that the property did have asbestos in it and he would have problems removing it to his proposed site.

As a member of the P & C we have been asked to let people know who might be interested in the property from either the removal aspect or failing that as items to be recycled before the property is demolished.

Asbestos is nasty and I cannot blame people for pulling out.
My dad recently just died from Mesothelioma / Asbestos, he worked a short time in demo and as a builder, he was only 52yrs.
Watching some one drown in their own fluilds and in major pain is terrible.

Who ever takes it, or removes it make sure it's done right as life is to short!
