I can't say too much, as I don't use their services but when I had a chat with the owner, he seemed ok though words are cheap and easy.

From what I read of the stupidly high management fees in WA, I'm surprised nobody has opened an agency with "normal" fees. I reckon they would make a killing.
1) Find someone with a license
2) Employ young ladies to do the PM stuff
3) ???
4) Profit
I like to use forum members when I can and have been using a forum broker since about 2002 (Thanks Rolf).
I came upon Rolf at a time when I was tearing my hair out after trying several brokers that promised the lot, but couldn't deliver. I didn't fit into their business model & they couldn't see the 'big picture'. I had too many properties & couldn't purchase any more.
Along came Rolf & several other purchases one after the other.
I would use Lil in a heartbeat if she was local to manage my properties, not because we're related, but because she shows a real passion for it, and the depth of knowledge shows whenever she answers questions about property management. Also, I like the fact that it's personalised service, like Rolf.
I have used or contacted several other forum members over the years, and the good thing about the forum, is that you can kind of 'try before you buy' because you can rate, to a certain degree, the service they will likely give, by the quality of the answers given to others. You don't get this insight by choosing a random person from Google, or the phone book, if your old fashioned.

I tended not to pick up very much interstate business through the forum when I had the business. Submarine sandwiches don't transport well.

Maybe it's time that we have a directory listing of forumites businesses. You have to apply to be listed, and you need to have been a contributing member for a set time, or have contributed a certain number of posts to qualify. That stops random people joining, just to have their business listed.
We were going to stop in for a sub when we were in Canberra. Then we didn't end up going.
That's a pity. It would have been good to say hello.

Thanks to the number of people that have rung my conveyancer/lawyer saying "Westminster from Somersoft sent us" she has joined the forum last week - mainly to figure out who I was and find out what this Somersoft is about. I hope she'll join in with discussions soon.
As to PMs I wasn't aware any Perth ones were on the forum but I am happy with my PM.

They're the business that post good comments about their PRoperty management without disclosing they own it and rarely post informative views
Not good form.I found my PM at Eaglehawk (bendigo), thanks to Belu and several other recommendations on SS! Michelle @ Barry Plant is awesome! So worth her weight in gold and then some! I am absolutely wrapped with her service, and cannot thank SS responders enough for the recommendation I have received!
I agree with Skaters comment, it would be awesome if there was a directory listing, and you would need a minimum number of posts to be able to list.
Not only the service, but the location too!
