can someone Recommend a quality PM servicing Bracken ridge,Brisbane ?

I never rent any house out before ,as we are moving to another city,need a good PM,with reasonable price .
4 /2/2 ,bricken veneer ,6 years old house ,located in Bracken ridge,20km north of Brisbane.
By the way,what is the charge for PM ? I wrote emails to few agent around Bracken Ridge ,they all ask for 5% +2.5%,which I think it's quite high,as my friend is using a PM,charge less than 5% total,but they are in Sunny bank !
