Instaling floating floor over Ceramic tiles

My son.in law is about to instal a floating timber floor over ceramic tiles in a kitchen. There were a few drummy tiles which he was able to lift & re glue However there a few more adjacent to these which may not be so easy to lift--I remember I had another floating floor installed in a kitchen over ceramic tiles in an investment property which have been fine after 10 years. I doubt there were any particularly drummy tiles on that job. I recall that you lay a waterproof sheet then another flexible sheet on which the timber lenghts are laid, clicked in plac& hence "float' on that. I am inclined to think because the floor floats/is flexible that the small amount of drumminess on these few tiles would not matter. They don't move when walked on. Anyone had any experience with this? Any opinions /advice would be appreciated.

What you said is true MIZBUF

I would use the foam underlay only. Its provide cushioning and sound-dampening. The waterproof have no added-value
