Insurance on vacant units

Can anyone advise on the best insurance company to insure a block of units. Given that they need some work and some or all may be vacant for more than 60 days.

If I advise the insurance company after 60 days that they are still vacant they are likely to put up premium and there is nothing I can do about it as I am locked in to insurance for 12 months.

Block needs insurance now.

I was with aeon and started the insurance policy as soon as I had building materials delivered.

Oh wait I was with Aeon for landlords insurance. Tenants moved out. I wanted to do work so I could move in. I rang AAMI and had insurance started up so I was covered for the building mats. (didn't want a couple of grand worth of flooring to go walkies if anyone noticed the place wasn't occupied)
