I'm no Labour fanboy, but this has nothing to do with the government. This is a decision that each lender makes internally and it's been around for a lot longer than the current government.

Are the banks keeping the "black lists" close their chest?

Anyone knows of ways to getting hold of such lists?
Mostly interested in the Qld list.

I think it's safe to say anything strata-titled on the Gold Coast would be on that list.

i think the valuers are doing a good enough job on the coast not to warrant a blacklist
