Is Kudos D-E-A-D?

Hi,

Is anyone out there still using Kudos?

Do people even know what it is & how to use it?

(hold your mouse cursor over the green square next to peoples' posts totals)

If not - is it still relevant?

I had just given Kieran kudos for his post on seminars and books about five minutes before you posted this.

But I have not been paying much attention to it for a while.

I generally use the thread rating function more than kudos.. I only use positive kudos, but only rarely when someone has contributed above and beyond imo

Used it a bit when it was first out.

I think I've used it once or twice in the last few weeks.

Dont always think to use it.

I only discovered it because someone awarded me some kudos.

My search on a number of occassions have shown me what kudos is but no instructions on how to get my kudos reading (I stumbled on it and promptly forgot where it was and had to do a search again).

Also - no instructions on how to award kudos. Which is more important than knowing what my own rating is.

Can someone please tell me how to award kudos. I would love to know!

Click on the icon at the top right hand of the post you wish to award kudos- the one between the post number and the little "give way" sign to report a bad post
