Is Nerang is a good suburb for IP?

I stay in Sydney and have not been to this place. This suburb came up in my property search and has quite a few properties (villas and Townhouses) around 190K+ range.

Can someone guide me if it is a good suburb in terms of rental and CG?

Its an eclectic mix of Rusty HQ Holdens, Wellbuilt Hot rods, bentley convertibles, with housing stock varying from sub 200k thouses to 2 mill plus acreage homes.

Rentals are strong, but you need to have some local input as to where you may end up with issues.

Anyone looking at nerang should read this comment from Rolf. Its definitly a bit of a mix of a suburb.

Was working on the large (78apartments) Nras project on bowden st for a while and it left me unimpressed with the streets around it.
