Kellyville?

Whats everyones opinion on the new land releases around kellyville?
There seems to be one around Memorial Ave (in between civilisation i guess) and another one around Barry Ave (Outside of existing Kellyville/Rouse Hill)

Barry Ave seems to starting around mid 400s for a high 300's m2 block while the ones around Memorial Ave are going for over 700k with 700m2+ blocks (maybe dual occ potential)

I think the memorial ave are bordering on bella vista and not too far from the new station.

More coming too. Developers just bought about 20 acres on Foxall Rd.

The first sign of the market slowing down these places are hit the hardest.

You know they are desperate depending on the level of incentives they are throwing in.

not too sure how desperate they are as they are selling fast

personally have no intention to buy the the blocks near barry ave

but the ones closer to bella vista do seem attractive (though im not too sure if i want to purchase just yet)
