Got a call from one of my PM's on Friday.
Our new short term tenant walked in, took one look.........and then walked straight back out again.
"substandard"
"not suitable"
Hmmm...........
Well then I guess it's just too bad that you've already signed the lease and paid 4 weeks bond.
Lease break baby, lease break..........just keep paying the rent and the advertising fees until either re-tenanted or the lease finishes.
Come to think of it I really wouldn't want to meet my PM in a back alley. As nice as she is she seems pretty capable of doing the old Aunty Jack.
