Seems like it didn't sell in October, just March last year.

Interesting to see what it fetches a year later.

It looks like that Lane Cove area is getting more pricier monthly with more and more apartments to be built.

Depends lane cove north is not so great. Around the village, the atmosphere is so nice. It's very family orientation suburb.
Really love the area so much
