I'm thinking, retirement age is now 70, so I need to wait about 44 years to get there. 14 years from now, I'm 40, likely it will be 80/85, so will still be waiting for another 40 years I'll be too damn old to use the money by then

I wondered about this having just received an ambulance bill for $1115 (picked up by Medibank). How many of those who can't find $500 don't have basic ambulance cover either because they 'can't afford it'?
