Looking for a PM and a Property Valuer in Orange

Good Day,

Bought my first IP after being on this site for nearly 9 months. I want to do a minor reno.
1) Want to get it revalued so that I can more funds for the second property
2) Pick the local valuers knowledge on the improvements to the house that would allow me to increase the rent.

I read some one posted PRD National as a good PM. Do you have any other thoughts or must I stick with PRD National

I can't help on the valuation side, but we use Ray White as PM out there. We've had some interesting tenants out there over the years and the PM has done a good job sorting out things in the best way possible for us (we have 2 ex-HC houses and have had all sorts live in them)
