Firstly, there is no "state" cycle as such. For example you can have some parts of Sydney booming whilst country areas in the same state languish. But area by area in each state is published by Herron Todd White.

You be the judge of whether they are "good" or not. Many people find their cycles swing wildly from one month to the next in the same location.
yeah i agree...ive seen cycle wheels online, boom, busy etc but its so broad a normal person should take it with a grain of salt.
way to difficult to judge state markets let alone national markets cause there are markets within markets depending where you are considering....
buy today at a good price and reap the rewards in 10- 20 years, not in10-20 minutes after you purchase as those deals are pretty much now gone for awhile.

it is a good indicator of the general economic conditions of each state. So i find them useful. But it is true take it with a grain of salt as one suburb can boom while another suffers due to local factors.
