A fair, middle of the road prediction. Without going into the specific drivers for each area (eg local politics), it's a snapshot. Interested that he says CBR prices will fall.... I thought CBR had done all its falling but I wouldn't be surprised if sectors of the market fell further.

could be the other way around?? Libs shrink the PS (therefore oversupply on market - prices down), Labor employs (therefore everyone comes to CBR - prices hike).

Think of the speed of the clock as variable. It's not always between 7 to 10 years for a cycle. That's why one needs to look at more than just the current 'time'.
