This stuff used to, and still is to a large degree, the domain of Sydney and Melbourne.

Yep, and on 405m2.

Woolloongabba moved a while ago, with about a 200k differential between it and neighboring Greenslopes for these such houses. Hence picking one up in the latter.

These are really very scarce as the article suggests though imo. Lots of options if you've got 1.1 to spend.

This one looks even more dero therefore in this market will probably go for over 1 mil. It's a shame because if it was 1ft closer to the train station someone might pay 2 mil for it. One could only imagine how much it would go for if it was 2 feet closer to the train station.

Growth has been fantastic and not sure when its going to end....

I wish I knew when it was going to end. I am seriously considering offloading my Melbourne property this year. I am going make some enquiries with local agents in spring. Please let me know if the property market is going to collapse before then
