As usual it was a great afternoon,
still didn't manage to get to chat with everyone but enjoyed the event.

I would have thought it near impossible to of not much value.

If you need to know stuff, you will add value (by making others think, stoking egos of those tht know etc ), if you have stuff to tell us you add value (and these might not be related to propoerty or investing at all!)....
