Melbournes 'hardship' suburbs

Thats the thing-I wonder how many of these people livng in million $+ houses, driving mercedes and wearing prada ARENT up to their eyeballs in debt?
There are a lot of poor people in Albert Park & South Melbourne. These areas were once slums.
Albert Park? yeah, right.
When I read the topic of the thread, I thought it was referring to the "down and out" section of the community - the "battlers".
Albert Park etc are not "hardship" suburbs; they are suburbs where higher earners with no financial brains buy, I'd say.
The rest of the areas such as North Frangers are more than likely lower earners with no financial brains either, and/or consist of a "healthy" volume of welfare areas.
In fairness, these areas are less likely to get ahead due to lack of funds/income; hence the "hardship" tag.
