Mezzanine ladders

We have installed a mezzanine floor in the living space of our PPOR. The intended means of gaining access is just not going to work, so it's back to the drawing board.

I have tracked down an attic ladder called a Columbus Junior which can be fitted vertically to access a mezzanine. I'd be interested to know if anyone has used this product or seen one in situ.

Alternately, does anyone know of any other product which can be fitted vertically?

Thanks, wish-ga. Attic Group actually supply the Columbus Junior that I mentioned, which is the only vertically mounted ladder that I can find. Now, if I can just get it fitted in an attractive manner, Bob's your father's brother!

Thanks for the suggestion, Tools. We've been through all the possible alternatives, including spirals. This is a tiny cottage, circa 1900, and we just don't have the space.
