Modular Bathroom

Looking to install (if I can find one) a small ensuite in IP. Would love to use a prefabricated modular unit with shower, toilet and sink. Looking at about 3X2 meters. They have them in Europe although I can't seem to find any retailers here. Any leads?

they'll all from china or made in china and sent to europe.

i had a look at some of them them. they don't look that great as they have a fibreglass finish to it - and i would rather have a tiled look and you can't do customized shelves or cutouts etc.

if you look at that website - these ppl do them and are based in adelaide but if you do your maths. the shell is really (stud walls, waterproof plaster or fibre cement sheets, tiles and waterproofing) as you would still need a carpenter to affix it to the stud wall and your plumber to rough in and fit it off. you also need to assemble it.

Again depends on your design goals, investment strategy or target market. For me, investigated this option and it would not work in where my IP is in.
