Budget kitchen and bathroom reno for my PPOR in Sydney

Just bought a 50 yrs old unit in Sydney for PPOR. Current kitchen and bathroom are in original condition. I am planning to get a new kitchen and bathroom installed.

Kitchen
small size 2.3x3.5m, put a new L-shaped cabinet with sink and ceramic cooktop

1xBathroom + 1xensuite
put new frameless shower screen, new tiles, new sink


Since I am on a tight budget, i am thinking to spend around 25k in total for both kitchen and bath (including material & labour). Is it reasonable?

Recommendations of good suppliers would be most welcome.

since its your PPOR so you are the only one who can decide whatsort of budget to do

I can do new kitchen and entire bathrooms for $4k, however this is on a budget,
and everything an entry level

if you tell us what sort of kitchen you want, that will give a better idea of budget
