No I am listening I understand the error of my ways now. Housing is very affordable infact real estate agents and inundated with calls from FHBs wanting to get an inspecting on a 450k 3 bedroom house that they physically don't have enough time to let everyone inspect so the FHBers are all offering 550-650 for the property and they're all selling the next day. Houses are so cheap they are being sold 100% of the time and are hardly ever on the market for more than a short time. The stock of houses for sale is decreasing rapidly b.c FHBers are buying them all so quicky as they are so cheap and affordable.
I will go out and buy a house tomorrow because they are so cheap and easy to afford. Thanks for all your advice guys because I know I will get 10-15% grwoth on my property so it doesn't matter what I pay !!

But as it stands you have neither money or good manners and therefore until you curb your attitude, will go nowhere in this life.
