myusaproperty Sydney workshops Nov 20/21

Hi,
I was quite interested in this company as I had read some positive comments about them plus also a few negatives. I got an SMS the other day informing me of their property "workshop" in Sydney this weekend.

I did request some info from them on their site a few weeks ago but never got a reply of an sort. So that's not a good start. And then I read this in their brochure:

"In our experience, it’s impossible for couples to make important investment decisions if only one partner attends, so it is a condition of entry that both partners be present for the workshop."

which to me this is a clear warning on in impending "hard sell".

Is anyone else thinking of going or have any experience with this company?

Are you saying that they run tours to the US for $12K? I thought they offered a hands-off service and just charged a finders fee per property?

my question is simple
are they filling the seats
the 12k is most likly paid by the us group that gets involved
so the legals and the accountants on the other side that put together the llc and the the paperwork and the comm on the sale is my idea
similar to the qld guys selling units in the qold coast
the more info for me is the better so send it thru
not sure where these guys make their clip
and what the clip is
