Some thoughts:
Ceramic Cooktops need to cleaned property. If not, they bake on the spills, stain and look terrible. I put one in an apartment. Looks good but even the professional cleaners do an average job. If scratched hard, surface is stuffed.
As for comments on Euro trash I don't see the name anywhere. I raise this and there is lot of China made SS units that use Euro Names like Technika or Bellissimo. Even Smeg has units made in Turkey. Fisher & Paykel in Mexico.

What I do:
- Go to product review site and search.
- Consider install costs and tenant issue costs.
- Always check the size matched very very closely. To change any cabinets is major issue.
