After a couple years of everything possible going wrong I'm back In the game on a Reno project in Townsville.
Really old queenslader is original condition on two lots already. Abit of work to do to either build or move another house to the 2nd block but all doable I reckon
I figure I purchased the land and got a free house to boot.
