Hi All

Just want to vent my frustration with the NRAScals lottery. I invested with good intentions and find myself like a lone wolf out there in the wilderness hoping things will sort themselves out. Today's email states the claim on my property remains compliant, as far as the managers are concerned, however, DSS have yet to agree and then progress our incentive claim. A bizarre set of circumstances exist and we are almost into the next year as far as reporting is concerned.

Would you purchase the investment property without an NRAS incentive?????

If not then don't buy it. If yes then go for it.

NRAS is a gamble a bit like playing the lottery, good luck.
