I know a great Oakleigh based agent who we have used many times.

When my mother wanted to sell an old property in the area, we used him. As good a recommendation as I can make.

Knowing you, I suspect it' s Oakleigh in Sydney. But there are others in Oz (hits also in WA & Vic, possibly others). So the state would be useful. (and I don't mean a state of "dilapidated", "mint condition" or the like )
