I thought things were slowing down here but I just had a REAL offer on my place which equates to 60% in 18 months. VERY tempting I must admit. Anyone else see the same growth?

For comparison, I just bought a duplex in Perth. The vendor bought it around 18 months ago. He's managed just over 10% growth. Property information was obtained via RP Data.

Am finding the same thing with an apartment in Perth vs a green title house near the beach at Singleton.
Lots of demand for the apartment and the PM for the beach property says slow sales with lots of properties on the market.

BTW.. your Exmouth tip last year.... I reckon the place will take off again and pretty soon.

Yes its an apartment on the beach

Very seriously thinking about building the dream house now.

For those that laughed and scoffed about Exmouth ............ Are they living on the beach in a CBD with a tiny mortgage or just wrtitting about how to invest???
