Peter Spann Last Night on ABC 7.30 Report

Published in 2003. I suppose there'd be stuff in there now to learn?

How's Steve McKnight going these days? Pretty good I think compared to some other gurus? I do remember him getting into US property a few years before the big bust? That might have pulled him up a bit?

See ya's.

I've got a revised edition which I think is only a few years old. He's all about finding yield properties but also goes into detail on things like adding value, vendors finance and option finance amongst other things. It's interesting that I've read books from a couple of authors now (Lomas/McKnight) that both suggest a yield strategy, while consensus from a lot of people on here seems to suggest chasing capital gains instead. Will keep reading before I form a strategy.

Oh, Ok. Didn't know there was a new book?

Agreed, you can always learn a lot, even if it's what not to do, both from your own and others journey's

I enjoyed reading Peter's books
