PM Caboolture

Hello Guys n Gals

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good/excellent PM in the Caboolture area? I'm quite happy with my current PM (Ray White Caboolture), but I am just interested in what other investors have to say about these guys or others in the area. Also interested what are you guys getting charged by your PM for services rendered.

I can recommend Professionals Bribie Island but I doubt they do Caboolture.

They charge 8% and quite frankly, I would pay more. A good PM is worth their weight in gold.

I think the biggest thing is that they contact me before they do any maint at all, no matter how small. I reckon communication is the most important thing.
