PM Central Coast (Lake Haven), NSW?

Our tenant, in our house in Lake Haven, is planning to move out in a few months ( 2 or 3 or may be more! ). We are currently self managing but because we are living in Brisbane we would like to find a PM to take over.

Any recommendation for a good PM in the Wyong Area or anyone to steer clear of?

Do your research carefully as there has been a few changes in the area.
I noticed recently on Graysauctions 2 rent rolls for expression of interest
from the area as the real estate agencies had gone into receivership.
Surprising as one has been around for many years.

Another Wiseberrys at Charmhaven has just opened, an extension from the
Toukley one who might do you a good deal on commission while they are
establishing.

I have been using Tracy Maguire Mannering park for many years who are ok,
and just recently they have poached Alen Sheedy who has been around for a
while with a good reputation.
The first thing he did was full inspections reports which I thought was a waste
after the agency had only done one two months before.

Type in a big name brand agency with Charmhaven and you should find many
to chooses from as they seem to dominate the shopping strip.
