I'm developing a Duplex in Melbourne. Town Planning Almost Complete. My Architect who has been managing the Town Planning process is trying to gouge me more absurd amount of money so i think i'm going to do it my self.

How far along are you in the process? Have you had the site surveys done yet or still in the very early stages? Just will depend on who you'll need from here forwards.

Also can recommend Civiltest for soil testing, and SPa Building Surveyors.
