Project Marketer

Hi there

Has anyone used a project marketer previously? I have a 3-units development to offload (2 x 2BR and 1 x 3BR) in Northern suburb of Victoria

Any recommendation? Good/bad experience? Would like to hear your thoughts/experience. Thanks
 
Depends on what commission you pay. If you pay 10% commission the agent will sell it to his own mother even if its 20% over priced. The risk is that the valuation won't come in and your purchaser won't be able to settle.

In all honesty your project is too small for a project marketer to take on.
 
You wouldn't even get a return phone call on 3 units. To make the project marketing model worthwhile, there would need to be at least 15-20 units as there are higher costs involved for the agency (as they would be bearing the cost of marketing & paying other agents for leads.
 
Thanks guys. I figured it after speaking to a few :) And the location wasn't very attractive as well for them
