Hi,
I thought I would put a link here to some land I have for sale at Tanilba Bay NSW. It is about 2 hours from Sydney on the shores of Port Stephens. It is 1840m in size, across the road from the water (eg: water, reserve, house, road, block for sale)

The area has generally been regarded as a retirement area until Landcom arrived about 5 years ago. Younger families are now moving in but the main drawback has been lack of employment opportunities.
The announcement of the new aviation industry area at Williamtown Airport has seen an increased interest in the area as it is the closest waterfront area to the new development (about 15 mins drive)

The Airport development is just starting with the DA before Council now, considering it has been approved all the way to the top I suspect the DA will get a quick passage through council
I am past the developing stage of my life and have been sitting on this waiting for the Airport Project to create some activity. I may be a bit early but these things take time don't they
The council have verbally agreed that they are quite amenable to this being subdivided, so while that is no guarantee it does indicate that it is likely to be approved (assuming it complies with all the regulations)
