Southbank and Docklands - the batteries are dead.

I think there has been a zillion posts on Southbank and Docklands, the message is clear, it's a no go.... So anyone contemplating these areas needs to see a shrink, sorry mine is booked out

Whaa....you mean that won't make money on my purchases in Southbank and Docklands?...but the guy in the slick who sold it to me showed me charts where the property increases at 7-10% pa..:p
