Called them at lunch, was told Lu would have to call me back and awaiting a call 5 hours later. Busy period for them no doubt, everyone just getting back from holidays etc. Ill give them another 24 hours.

Lu ended up calling me back at 5 and had a good chat with me.
I ended up going with GoBrisbane based in Moorooka/Tarragindi. Though I have never used them before I had a very favourable dealing with William the principle a few years back where he offered me a good bit of his time and did an rental "inspection" for me free of charge photos and all. They have since put it on Realestate.com and already have been hit with lots of interest. Crossign my fingers.
Lu sounded good and she gave me a good bit of time. If Gobrisbane don't work out that will be the next person to call.

If Gobrisbane doesn't work I would also highly recommend Lu. I have used her for my properties in Brisbane.
