Why do they have to be local? I am near you and use House of Wealth in Victoria!!

With easy access by phone and a free initial consultation and great prompt responses to my initial questions i would not go anywhere else.

They were recommended by the folks on here and that for me goes a long way!!!

Hey does anyone know a good property savvy accountant they could recommend around the joondalup area??

My property accountant is in QLD, property lawyer in Sydney, my broker in VIC. Honestly I am not joking but after reading what I just typed in, it seems that way.
Find the right team of people that specialize in property, so they do not necessarily have to be local (otherwise asked successful investors whom they use).
I wish someone had advised me on this earlier, it would have been so much easier with having right structures, information, investing further rather than being hindered, etc....
