Putting in a link

There is a thread on spreadsheets that have been generously created and shared by froum members.I remember one spreadsheet posted some time back by nuthead and it was called nutheads calculator.Used to work out +or- cashflow for ips.I unfortunatley lack the skills to put it into the new spreadsheet thread.
Just wondering if one of the Mods could do it please

l just found it by doing a search on nutheads calculator and my old thread come up and there is a link to it Jamies post.

I found the link, but the spreadsheet is too big for me to upload.

been doing some more searching and it was actually WillG who put up the original spreadsheet he called it nuthead at the time cos he did some figures for nuthead.
So my apologies WillG for not giving you the credit that you deserved for the spreadsheet.
