putting in a wall - extra bedroom - price?

Hi everyone
I am looking to put a wall in my existing unit for an extra bedder.
its carpet floor and the measurements im told "arent standard"
2.6x2.45 link to pic below

any assistance in ball park figure / advice that would b greatly appreciated

if anyone knows someone who services fairfield city council area please pm me. Neef this done by weeks end if poss.

i had a quote of 1k without the walls painted and an extra 200 with the painted wall...
gyprock and door included! and i thought that was steep?

so did i get a reasonable price?!!
