Got sent a pamplet by RACV recently and their Home Assist product can now be used with investment properties. Figured it might be a really easy way to avoid late night call out for self managers and figure the service would be claimable (yet to check with my Accountant). Around ~$200 per year depending on member discounts etc and they give you 8 call outs a year for emergencies.
Anyone had any experience with the product for their PPOR they'd like to share?
