As Video marketing is becoming more prelavent, I thought we could start a thread with the best and the worst videos you have seen.
I believe that videos are a great way to show off a homes features and benefits and can really add to the listing....if it’s done well.
There are some great ones out there but also some complete shockers!
They tend to come in two forms; the home tour and the agent profile. The American agent profiles tend to be the most cringeworthy... So post them up!
Should be good for a laugh!
